3. Virtual Goods and In-App Purchases

Our games may include virtual currencies (e.g., gold, coins) and virtual items (e.g., ad-removal packages, cosmetic generals).

  • No Real-World Value: Virtual Goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

  • Final Sales: All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law (such as consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction).

  • Price Changes: Pars Horizon reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods and their prices at any time.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including all games, artwork, UI designs, characters, music, code, and "Pars Horizon" trademarks) are owned by Pars Horizon or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our express written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Pars Horizon does not warrant that the games will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any progress loss, data corruption, or device issues resulting from the use of our Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pars Horizon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
